International Women’s Day 2021

Marked annually on March 8th, International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.

The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate women’s achievements or rally for women’s equality.

Evidence shows that more diverse and inclusive groups have higher performance both on safety and operational performance and that more women on Boards and in senior leadership roles result in improved company performance, profitability and productivity. For Hydroflux, as we continue the drive too more sustainable use of the worlds resources this inclusion becomes ever more essential. We urge women to consider a career in science, engineering or technology.
