Over Twenty Inlet Works Packages Delivered to New Zealand Treatment Plants

Over the past 18 months, Hydroflux Epco NZ has supplied over 20 inlet works packages to municipal sewage treatment plants throughout the North and South Island.

The packages remove unwanted coarse/fine material and sand from the raw sewage, protecting the downstream process from accumulation of this debris, reducing the associated maintenance cost and allowing the treatment plant to perform at its optimum design.

• Pre-packaged solutions inclusive of distribution, flow channels, bypass and grit removal

• Suitable capacities ranging from 5 through to 220 L/s
• Screening technology – HUBER Ro9 Spiral Screen, RPPS Inclined Drum Screens (other options available)
• Screening Apertures – 2 to 6mm perforations
• Grit Removal technology – longitudinal or vortex grit traps, options for grit removals  
• Options for separate Septic Sludge feed manifold with integrated stone trap
• Automatic Control – Local NZ built Control Panels
• Local aftermarket support with options for custom service agreements

The screening technology is designed and manufactured by HUBER SE of Germany. This equipment is well proven in New Zealand applications and is fully manufactured from stainless steel.
